Artful Instruction

About the Instructor

Classes will be taught by Suzanne MacCrone Rogers who has a Bachelor of Arts degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Fine Arts degree in interior design from the University of Georgia.  While a graduate student at UGA, Suzanne taught art and design classes, which included furniture design, architectural graphics, and color theory, to undergraduate students.  Special studies while in graduate school included fabric and textile design, the history of Twentieth Century photography, paper making, and book arts.

Suzanne’s work has been published in over 40 magazines and books throughout the USA and Italy.  Suzanne had a successful art, photography, and design business selling and licensing her work for more than twenty years before relocating to Macon, Georgia from the San Francisco Bay Area fifteen years ago. 



Currently, Suzanne practices architectural and interior design, fine art photography, and custom illustration in Macon and throughout the Southeast.  The summer of 2013 marked the inaugural year for Summer Arts Camp, a day camp for boys and girls for children from the ages of five to eleven years.
